Commitment to Placement Prodent

· You are required to not offer your services directly to dental clinics, you must always go through the agency.

· You must notify us if a clinic communicates directly with you.

· You must notify us if you are hired by a clinic or Placement Prodent referred you.

Compliance and professionalism

· You are considered self-employed:

· You are responsible for declaring all your income in your taxes (no black work is accepted).

· We suggest you obtain professional insurance because you are not covered by the CSST. (Blue Cross type insurance).

· You are responsible for your professional actions and actions.

· You must always wear a clean and decent uniform with closed shoes.

· Always arrive 30 minutes before the start of your shift

Have a positive attitude that does not harm our clients and Placement Prodent

Provide an invoice or your social insurance number to dental clinics, in order to receive a T4A (this is the law)

Any use of the Placement Prodent services following this email demonstrates the acceptance of this agreement.

We ask you to comply or we will not be able to cooperate with you.

Placement offers FREE service for applicants
Once your registration is complete we will propose posts corresponding to your profile.
- All Placement Prodent personalized service positions are treated in confidentiality
- We propose a schedule and a geographical area
- If you are interested in the position, we send your application to the clinic
- The clinic only contacts you if your application is successful

You must notify Placement Prodent when:

-You have been contacted by one of the clinics or we have referred you
-You have an interview and a follow-up following the interview
-You have a trial period and the date
-You are hired and the start date
